I am new to this blog and to the yoyo community. I bought a legacy thinking that it would be a good entry level device but it will not respond at all. I can do the bind but a normal tug bind appears beyond the abilities of this yoyo at least in my hands. The only trick that I am proficient at is manually winding the string.
On the adjustomatic yoyo which was recommended to me. What do the screws on either side of the adjustment know do? Do you have to loosen them to adjust the yoyo or are they a one time assembly item? Can you adjust on the āflyā or do you have to stop and adjust it?
Or should I just find something else altogether to do?
The legacy is an unresponsive (itās supposed to not come back) yoyo and not really for beggeners. Iād hang on to the legacy, pick up something like a lyn fury, and then, once you get better, try going back to the legacy and binding.
Hey, i love joker and iron man. Ive been yoyoing for about 3 and a half years. Started in 6th grade with the N.E.D. Yoyos and i did many tricks like rock the baby and barely trapeze. But then i went to high school and i met another yoyoer. He was a lot better doing string tricks with his mavrick. So i decided to get a better yoyo and so i checked out the dark magic. It was amazing untill it cracked. So i got a metal yoyo, DNA. I can now do many master and expert tricks. And my friend with the mavrick seems like a begginer now.

Hi,
My name is memorex and iām from belgium⦠I started yoyoing last week, Iām really into it,i practice about an hour or 2 a day at least . So far iāve got all the tricks from the basics and intermediate section down. I will keep practicing these until iāve got em down rather smooth before i will go to the advanced section.
I must say, i would never have gotten as far as iāve already gotten without yoyoexpert.com and the tutorial videos on here. And people are very helpfull on the forum. I sense this will become one of my favorite internetzz places ;D
Dontā be afraid to go on to the next section before learning all the trick in the previous section. I learned ladder escape before i even learned boing-e boing-e, but thats just me. And welcome
