hey im christian been into yoyoing about 7 months.My favorite styles are 1a, 2a, 4a though i sometimes do 5a. for 1a i use a 888x,pgm,and soon a genesis.For 2a i use 2 sunset trajectories.For 4a i use a hayabusa sl and soon a big yo 2.

Hello everyone my name is Grimm! I am brand new to the yo-yo scene, I was cruising through my local Big 5 Sporting Goods for christmas presents two days ago and I stumbled upon a few yo-yoās they were selling. I had always had a big interest in yoāing but never got into it. I decided to go ahead and pick up a Duncan Throw Monkey from Big 5 and played with it all night. I have since been searching the web for trick tutorials and videos and have been doing alot of reading on this forum and website. This site is excellent packed with tons of info. I started finding out more about what I wanted to accomplish and what I needed and decided to order a YYJ Dark Magic as well as a Sunset Trajectory for my first āRealā yo-yoās I wasnāt all too impressed with the Throw Monkey and itās probably just my level of skill but I didnāt really see myself progressing without a long sleeper. I like doing string tricks I have been yoāing for 4 days now and can do Gravity Pull, Sleeper, Walk the Dog, Rock the Baby, Forward Pass, Brain Twister, and I am practicing looping, U.F.O, and binding I canāt do these quite perfect yet but I am trying to learn. I also am trying to practice different ways of winding the yo-yo quickly from a dead stop but havenāt perfected anything yet. I really appreciate this site and I feel I would be lost without it. I am still using my Throw Monkey right now and waiting for my package to arrive with my Dark Magic & Sunset Trajectory I really hope it comes today iām so excited. I decided to go ahead and register on these forums so I can try and meet some friends on here and perhaps immerse myself in Knowledge. Thank you all for hearing out a brand new yoāer - Grimm.

Yo, yo, yo, Zeus here, and im currently 13 yrs old. I just got hooked on yoyoing about a month ago, and i have only a speed maker (white) , and am hoping i get a Tactic for christmas. (only 1 day away!!) My buddy told me of this site when i asked where i can buy. He said that this was a great site for buying, and for learning how to yo-yo, and boy, was he right! My skill level is practically non-existant compared to the users in this forum. All I have ever owned are wooden or plastic fixed yo-yos. I can throw a sleeper, a forward pass, rock the cradle and walk the dog.
Just got interested again in yo-yos after watching old clips of the Yo-Yo-Man. After reading the reviews here, decided to purchase a Velocity and if I can learn to bind, maybe move up to a DM.

3 months and Iām pretty much to advanced level,tought that iknow tricks from expert and master.
Right now Iāve got a Velocity by YYF and itās nice.
MY favourite yoyos are Hitman,Dark Magic,Hectic splash,888,The Cut.
Iāve got like 800 box in me but my parents wonāt let me buy a mid-price yoyo or expensive one.
Here in BG the yoyo prices are very high:One Drop M1-73$,so itās not cheap.
Iāve learned for YoyoExpert by typing:yoyo tricks in Google and I Gust found it.

This is called the sleeper. Iām not so good at explaining tricks, so Iāll let the master handle it!

Hello, My name is Robert D. Wright, 17 years old with a renewed interest in yoyoing. I currently only have a Duncan Imperial, which can sleep upwards to 5-10 seconds, not suitable for string tricks. I have ordered a Duncan Freehand Metal Zero 2 and a Yomega Hot Shot, which Iām currently waiting for. I used to have some kind of nice yoyo a while back, it was convex style goldcoloured and aluminum. It had some good sleep times so all the experience Iāve really had was Around the world, Walk the dog (and run away), rock the baby, and forward toss.
I have a lot of mental experience with yoyos as I have read and watched about many tricks and viewed different types of yoyos and professional players. I will enjoy discussing yoyos with you all and you will be the first place I goto with any of my yoyo problems.
