  1. How do you get inspiration to make new throws? Do you get inspired by players or other yoyos, or even things that aren’t yoyos?

  2. I feel as if any throw has room to become even better, hence newer versions are born. So how do you determine that a throw is complete(production ready)?

  3. What is most important for you when designing a yoyo?

  1. yes to all of those things! I get inspired by industrial design and cars a lot.

  2. I usually make a prototype and go from there. Small tweaks are important, so it takes a lot of time.

  3. That the end user enjoys the product, from the purchasing experience, to unboxing it, to throwing it.
