Yes i have hit the floor, and when ever i screw it back it in its like… how do i put this its like difficult to put it together but smooth
Sounds like you may have bent the axle. Remove it and roll it on a table to see if it is. If the axle is bent then you should replace it with a new setscrew. You can get one at a hardware store for around $.50.
