Yup. Probably the best substitute lube you can use(may even be better than actual yoyo lube). As long as you lightly lubed it the same way you’d do with regular yoyo lube, you’ll be fine.

yes I use it on my PSG’s bearing and my torrents it really helps it spin fast.

I think so because it is thinner how ever if you want it quieter I wouldn’t say so because it doesn’t really affect sound how ever it gets the bearing unresponsive quicker.
