And he had a fiancee so I’m guessing around 20s
my attempts to contact him have proven futile.

Mail fraud is mail fraud.
Personally, I have experience with Djbicide, and all have been positive. I’m willing to bet that there is a personal issue behind this and that he is not trying to rip you off. But then again, I could be very wrong.
Bet you anything it was shipped to the wrong address or his fiancée and him are getting married.
I triple checked my address. I PM’ed him the correct address twice in case he didn’t get the first PM.
His name is Billy Simon and he lives in Indiana.
