you swing the yoyo forward and land it on the string then brind the other string under the yoyo, flip it forward and it should spring back to you

No, I think he’s saying you do a normal bind, then get into a braintwister mount still in the normal bind mount, then throw the loop forward into the gap. Not sure though, I’ll try it out.
