I used Dupont Chromalusion paint. Its very expensive at $1300 a gallon.
I use a compressor and a auto style gun, this is not rattle can spray paint.
I paint instruments for a living so I have a very nice setup to do paint.
You will need the same to use this paint as you have to atomize the paint correctly or it wont work.
An airbrush will not handle this paint either.

Hum, there does happen to be a big Dupont facility less than a mile away from my house. I think it’s time to put on my burgular suit ;D

that is the best paintjob i have ever seen on a yoyo.
1 question…how does it grind? it looks so smooth.
Painted yoyos dont grind the best, not bad, but not the best.
that is why i was asking. i figured a bead blasted would grind better, but that paint is so smooth looking. thanks

man that is an awsome paint job, i bet u wont be throwing that around anything but nice soft pillows and grass, lol, did u use a clear coat as well as the main colour
