How I mod my Deep State (and other yo’s)

I’ll DM you.

This is good info right there. I remember @Captrogers mentioning this somewhere in the past.

First yoyo review so please bear with me. I recently received a Recess Snack modded to be responsive by @Slestak75. The yoyo plays fantastically. Smooth with absolutely no vibe and the responsiveness is set up so you can to tricks but when your done, comes back to your hand immediately. Highly recommend getting mods done through him

Super glad you’re happy with it.

I have a few things I’ve done with the Metal Harbinger and a Respawn that I’ll write up in the next few days hopefully. The last few weeks I’ve had more difficulty composing my thoughts so I hope to get to this soon.

This is kind of genius. Looks like it works well too. Sweet chalice!

I just got a modded Hybrid Fulvia from @pyrotechnic, and I’m really digging it! I had previously tried a stock HF through a PiF, and it was one of my least favorite throws. This responsive one, however, feels so much nicer, has less vibe, and feels great in the hand!

Don’t put a full sized bearing in it or it will vibe lol

I have kept a MYY V3 setup responsive since I first started. I have a modded Snack but that’s in my PIF. Besides that I don’t currently have a real modded responsive made from an unresponsive. I’m starting to feel like I need that in my life. I can imagine the Hybrid Fulvia has a nice heavy, hard to knock around kinda quality to it that would make a fun responsive. I’ve had an SHFX in my cart for a pretty long time but I somehow think that’s not going to play like a rock on a string and that’s kind of what I’m after.

The Hybrid Fluvia as a responsive is nice.

Another that I enjoy is the Plastic Peak with a half spec.
