There is no definitive best yoyo, only yoyos that people think are the best. It really all depends on what you like. Your best could very well be someone’s worst.

I’ve got the Spinworthy Ballsy in my hand. It’s not the best, but there isn’t a better yoyo!

Maybe the best is your favorite, but even picking that seems impossible. So, I think @photogeek has the best answer, even if it is a yoyo cliche.

Seriously though, this Ballsy is definitely one of the best Fixed Axle yoyos ever!

I think it just depends on what you like at the moment. As I progress, yoyos I did not care for much suddenly seem much more enjoyable and what I considered mediocore throws became my go-tos until I tired of them.

Pedantic answer:
“You can measure the quality of a yoyo by several different metrics. I really like my Edge Beyond because it’s best all around. I love my Grail because it’s so much fun. It really depends on my mood though. Different yoyos excel at different elements. I don’t think there really is one best yoyo.”

Simple answer:
“Whatever one you can land the most tricks consistently with.”
