How do you Take the Z stacks

Should I use a card to pop the Z Stacks off? Thanks

just wrap your yoyo string underneath of it and pull it off

Can you use the YoYo with the bearings and rubberbands on? Please help

Yes you can use the yoyo with the bearings and o rings on. I prefer taking the stacks off, as well as the bearing. Makes it feel more floaty an a lot more stable.
