Homemade CLYW Hubstacks

So i just got my campfire a couple of weeks ago and I wanted to make it more mine. So i gave it hub stacks! These are made of a lego disk, a bearing, and a cool plastic washer. The best part is they are removable. They don’t really effect play. I couldn’t see or feel any vibe. Anyway, would any body be interested in learning how to make these?

That is really cool!, I’ve seen those plastic things at ace sometimes and thought of trying to make stacks out of them. any problems with falling off during normal play?

I wanna know how to do this for sure

TEACH ME!!!

i wanna know

As he said the plastic washers are from Ace and True Value. They are for plumbing. KInd of unusual but you should be able to find them. The are tapered so they get smaller at the end.The lego part is just a disk with the connector at the top. The pic is of that piece. The second one is the bearing and the lego piece. The white part is the bearing and the gray is the lego piece. The bearing is 5mm Inside diameter and 8mm outer diameter. So insert the bearing in the larger end of the washer. If you want you can superglue the outside of the bearing to the washer. Then you put a slight drop on the lego end to put in the inside of the bearing. Be very careful not to get glue on the shields or inside of the bearing. Or you can wait for the drop to dry, then the lego piece is tight in the hole.
Then you have your own CLYW hub stacks! To put them on, slide the smaller end of the bearing onto the post.
I don’t have a Bassalope or a wooly marmot so i don’t know if they fit. They should though.

Can these work on a Wooly Marmot?

Possibly, i don’t have one but i think i would work. I think it would also work on a Bassalope.

Ok sweet…

i would love a video on how to make thiese.

if these are A-size bearings then regular YYF hubstacks would fit onto the post as well, or am I missing something?

Wow…cool mucho Skills…

Campfire and Peak have same size spike, I think Peak and Wooly have same also. Bassalopes have a flat nub, so I don’t think they would work.

thatz sick
