You probably have a stripped axle [or internal threads]: But if you cannot unscrew the yoyo at all, I don’t know what to tell you. If you do somehow manage to unscrew it, take a look at the axle, if it looks stripped, you need to buy a new axle. If it is the internal threads, you either need to buy a whole new yoyo, or apply some thread locker. I hope you manage to unscrew it. :-\
