Because of the speed of hook-style tricks, you just think at first “looks like a hook…?”

Any tips for landing Hidemasa stole? I always land in either a trapeze sorta deal or with a knot somehow.

Any secret to landing it consistently?

Edit: Seems like it was wrapping around my finger too many times. Also closer the finger is to the yoyo it seems to work out better once you get consistent loops. Still open for other tips!

Nice! I did this by accident a ton of times when I was trying to learn Brent Stole. Didn’t realize you were only supposed to catch one string. Wonder how you could use this in combos?

I don’t really have many tips, but I just do a Hook and move my TH forward.
