Help Understanding Seasick

#1

In seasick, I can’t quite get what to do after the first throw. Do I continue to just let it jump up and down? Or do I have to switch my hands like Pop 'N Fresh? Or am I just getting this all wrong?

Never tried seasick but I think you just move it up and down continuesly (spelling?).

No, you are really just moving your throwhand up, then your freehand up, then your both hands down, over and over and over again. You don’t need to switch your hands.

If you know what a frequency wave looks like then your hands will both follow that path.

You’ll want to follow that wave (not as tall though) and keep your hands evenly apart on the wave. Basically what rsmod said, move your right up then your left (if you’re right handed) then bring your right down then your left and repeat.
