i still not sure how to get that loop and how to catch it.tips???

Do almost a Laceration, but cut your hand behind the yo-yo like a shortcut, hit it back the other way, almost like Follow, slap it onyour hand, do it again, and keep doing it, and finally, land in a Hidemasa Hook.
