It might not be what you did, YoYoFactory could have done something wrong.
But don’t worry, Ben is really awesome, I can almost guarantee you he will fix the problem, and maybe just replace the yoyo.
Return it, buy a new one, they probably didn’t precise it enough. Hey, things happen, and most yoyoers don’t think that can happen, but it does.
Ben will just replace it, he doesn’t have to return it, or Ben may just give him another one and let him keep the old one.
Yeah, my friend had this string breakage problem and massive vibe on his Frantic. At BLC we asked Ben to check it out. He couldn’t fix it, so he gave my friend a discount on any yoyo. My friend bought a Genesis for $55 and got to keep the Frantic.

It might be the tuning of the axle. You can put teflon tape on the axle to fix the vibe. But BEFORE that, I would contact Ben.
