After many phone calls over the past few weeks, they were lost in one of the middle steps between the post office and my mail box. The local post office sends my school’s mail to a local distribution center who delivers it to my school’s central mail center. From the mail center, mail is delivered to the inside of each dorm building. Amazon regularly leaves packages outside of the dorms when they can’t get in (need swipe access, has led to theft) so I was under the false assumption that all couriers dropped mail off at the the buildings directly.
After speaking with the distribution center and my school’s main mail center multiple times, it was determined that the two packages were left in my school’s mail center for some reason (for a few weeks by the point I got them).
Glad they eventually made it safely!
