Flow able silicone issues and responsiveness issues

Why would I consider bike chain oil? Also the Dip and Touch method for me is perfect and it doesn’t need break in time. This topic was to figure out why it stays responsive for so long after fresh silicone. The answer: do not overfill.

(Fixed too)

I don’t know, but if you’ve ever considered synthetic motor oil, think again. It’s just not going to work.

I use YYJ thin lube :). I have tried 3 in 1 Motor Oil on my offstring. Didn’t do anything really.

Now, I am using Adhesive RTV silicone. It last much longer and I like the binds better.

But now, when I put it in and smooth it out, and wait for it to dry (26 hours is what I do) and It rips out after a few days. I know I didn’t get anything on it because I haven’t opened the yoyo since it finished drying.

It was a little over flowed when I finished, but it wore down to normal. And just suddenly ripped out.

This is because when you overflow the slilicone when the bearing spins fast it with rub against the slip one along with the string causing it to rip.

I know, but it ripped out after it was worn down.
