Hey guys, I went live with a drop on my website.
Check it out if you’re interested.
Crazy.
Almost sold out, in just a matter of hours, and most of you are buying titanium with all the bells and whistles.
NOT what I was expecting!
Thanks guys.
Wish I could jump on the train! Nice stuff my friend.
Can I ask a favor? Maybe it will hep too! Show more profile pics? Thanks.
Profile pics?
The shape of the string area?
Like your profile pic?
Exactly!
Catch zone some say!
S’all about the profile!
come to think of it…. We need a profiled yo-yo emoji! @DocPop
I second this! @DocPop
I can do that.
I’ll get after it tomorrow.
yeah very old school high wall. pretty neat
Thanks for adding these profile pics. These look great.
I saw a photo of your copper Moistmaker a while back and have been eagerly following your progress since then. I really like the designs you’ve been making and can’t wait to see what you make next.
Wow, That’s a cool looking yo-yo! All of your yo-yo’s are incredible looking. Sad I have to pass on these but I hope you sell out!
When you say, “All of these are going to come with a Titanium NotABearing,” Does that mean that it’s a C bearing sized seat? I may have missed the details since I just got off work but I would be interested in seeing these play with a bearing.
Yes, they all have a traditional C bearing seat.
If you swap in a C bearing, the gap will open to 4.1mm from 3.2mm
Conversely, if you put a NotABearing in a normal C Bearing yoyo, the gap will shrink by approximately 1.1mm. This MAY necessitate a shorter axle (I sell that solution too) or a modification to Side Effects.
Hey @NoelKunz got any video of any of these with a traditional bearing?
Good man!
I didn’t know if you threw the thing with a bearing and shot any vid.
I know you played around with it…
What’s the groove diameter on the NotABearing? Looks sweet!
8mm.
Any noticeable wear on the axles running the NaB? I’d imagine the titanium wears the steel axle over time.
These things are works of art, fantastic work!
I’m not sure I follow the question.
Does the “not a bearing” spin on the axle?
