You must play Demon Souls if you haven’t. As much as I love the feeling of exploring open worlds, Demon Souls absolutely killed it with the feel of the instanced ones. Gameplay wise very similar to Dark Souls 1, just with consumables to heal instead of Estus

I got a fox amibo and i turned it into a abosolute menece. I gave it extra speed and attack so it could replicate melee fox. Also made a bayo one and a meta knight one

Finished the 2nd Ori game today after having it forever. I was quite a ways in and got bored of it a while back. Fantastic story and visuals and some pretty fun power ups, but combat is bland just like the first one relative to what I expect from Metroidvanias

Ori is pretty fun but def not a combat game. Personally Id argue the first one was better just because it leaned into the platforming more. Fun games though!!

I have been JAMMING Pizza Tower lately. This game is a masterpiece of platforming and perfection-chasing. There’s nothing like P-ranking a level for the first time. Movement is so fast but it’s somehow manageable and the music is all excellent.

Been playing New Star GP. It’s epic!!!
Wow. Pizza Tower did not sound like a game I would ever play but when you said warioland-like I had to take a look. 100% picking this one up on sale, looks fantastic.

I apparently put this game on my wishlist and totally forgot about it. Definitely need to pick it up!
Not a game, but game related. The Knuckles miniseries that just came out on Paramount is really entertaining for any fans of the Sonic movies. Idris Elba kills it in everything he’s ever been in and it’s great to see Rory McCann in something (The Hound from Game of Thrones). Other well cast people as well.
And as someone who’s never played a single Fallout game, Fallout series is absolutely fantastic as well.
