Portabella and swiss with caramelized onions is probably my favorite. Second being a breakfast burger. All the the normal fixin’s with bacon and a fried egg on it. I dont mess with double patties.
Sounds like you might have a touch of culinary training.

You have very good taste, I was a chef at Opryland Hotel and that sounds like a burger we would serve at the Jack Daniels pub.
