Yeah we can both agree on and pick the same trick.

Something like week 1 I pick a trick and we both try and catch it on camera doing 2 consecutive clean executions of it.

Week 2 Twitch picks etc.

Others can also join in too if they are interested :slight_smile:

Good luck! I hope you do well at the comp tomorrow.
Been following your posts on this as I too will be doing my first competition soon. Trick ladder is where I thought Iā€™d start since basically is be going up against my own skill level.

Trick ladder has been great to practice the last few weeks, and I canā€™t believe it will be over soon.
I really like this format where your only competition is yourself and the only one holiding you back is also yourself. :slight_smile:

Okay D-1 final practice session before tomorrowā€™s moment of truth.
This video ended up being super messy and unstructured.
I had a really long practice session today without a break, and was a little exhausted by the time I got round to wrapping up my session today with the video.

All in all I am feeling good that I am as ready as I can be given the time I had to practice.

Now time to relax for a little bit before going to bed early to be nice and fresh for tomorrow!

Had a little scare today when one of my car tyres developed a flat.
But I think it was just low air pressure due to the cold weather.
Topped it up with some air from the garage, and hopefully I have no issues getting to the contest and back!

Letā€™s bring it on!!!

(This took just over two hours to upload for some reason. :sweat_smile: Maybe I need a new phone :slight_smile:)

Not sure how tight they will be on the rules, but adding extras, like dizzy baby to rock the baby might cost you a pass, also missed binds. Good luck, and have fun.

Yeah I plan on keeping it as close to the books as possible.
The dizzy baby etc was just me messing about for the final practice session :slight_smile:

Missed binds occasionally is one of my big fear for the day too.

Honestly though, Iā€™ve enjoyed this journey youā€™ve been on so much! Iā€™ve watched every video youā€™ve made so far and have liked each one. Itā€™s been awesome to see you progress and to hear your insights you have.

Youā€™ve worked so hard for thisā€¦so big kudos to you man! Really proud of you!!

I hope you have so much fun at the comp today! I hope you get to see some amazing performances and meet some really cool people!

Oh no :man_facepalming:

I got a lot more nervous than I thought I would.
There was only 2 entrants and I didnā€™t win. Messed up two tricks in a row, double or nothing, and -_- Mach 5.
And crashed out early :sweat_smile:
The other player crashed out too at the next trick (cold fusion) but won by doing Mach 5.
Canā€™t believe I messed up Mach 5ā€¦ but it was a good experience.
Sorry to disappoint everyone. Didnā€™t realise it would be so nerve racking.

But, having said that the other entrant was much younger than me and I think he did really well to hold his nerves better than I did. He deserved to win, shout out to Dom, and congratulations :slight_smile:
