I haven’t played an Akita but the Dune certainly isn’t designed to specialise with thumb grinds!

Personally, I think the Akita out performs the Dune
In every category.

Dunno about Dune, but I’m loving my Akita. It is a smooth softer throw (compared to my other’s), and while I feel it doesn’t maintain a strong spin as long as my others, due to it’s stability, it spins longer and is more recoverable.
Plus you get a super awesome pin.
Just go with the Akita and revel in joy at its awesomeness.
