Dump Dat Triangle

So I’ve noticed this move pop up a couple times where you take a green triangle and cross your arms and sort of dump the yoyo out of it.

Anyone have any interesting tricks that use that element that are not crazy hard?
It’s part of the repeater that is about 22 seconds into this video:

Actually a tut on that would be good too.  Either or.
