Do you use identical response pads on your yoyos or use a combination of different pads?

For unresponsive, I use the same pads in both sides.

The Delrin Gamer came with thin and thick pads, and it seems several people throw it with one thin and one thick:

I too tried the slim with the 2 thick pads and was too grabby with the slim bearing…tried a thinner string but still too much. I swapped 1 of the thick pads for a thinner and switched back to my normal string…and it’s just right now! I haven’t lubed or cleaned anything, just the swap to the slim bearing and switch 1 of the pads to the thinner. I’m glad Rain City Skills thought this through so we can dial in our yoyos And BTW, Jeremy of Rain City Skills has his set up this way to…
