Maroon base color. Lighter red color acid wash. With some yellow speckles. Put a nice finish on it so that it works good for grinds, and all other sorts of tricks.

Another idea. How about black with neon pink-ish sort of scribbling effect? I saw a picture of a Costa Rican Harlequin Toad and it looked like it would be an awesome colour way. Think of it. You guys would be one of the firsts, if not the first to do a colourway that says on YYE, Black w/ Neon Pink Scribbles.

You know how metal will get burn marks on it when it’s heated up too hot and the marks stay and fade towards the edged and everything? kind of like this, but maybe not as extreme: sterlingwineonline.com

Do THAT to the yoyos. Each would be incredibly unique and look absolutely gorgeous.
