Normally, I have

my Phenom (it’s a beater at this point, I smacked it into enough stuff, but hey, I got it used for $50)
My Galaxy Nexus
My charging cable
A pair of ear buds
And my wallet.

Not as much as you, but still quite a bit. ;D

pretty fair approximation of what i usually have:
wood yo-yo, not-wood yo-yo, magic phone device, a cool pen, minivan keys, higonokami, cheap knockaround sunglasses, klean kanteen, timbuk2 wallet.
not pictured: kendama, patagonia man-bag, ipad.
… too much stuff.
