From what I’ve heard, extremely good.
wait does it spin long for normal tricks or is that just for horizontal tricks?
Just get a Horizon. I loved the one I tried. Can handle anything.
everything. Or at least that’s what I thought.
I’ll toss my two cents into the hat.
My CZM8 was the second metal that I bought when I got back into throwing. My first was a Shutter. I really liked the CZM8 when I first got it, however, it got bland to me fairly quickly. That wasn’t because of the performance, because I think that it performs really well. I just found that I personally don’t like V shapes nearly as much as Organics. The CZM8 can handle everything that I throw at it and with more ease than my organics, but it’s just not as fun to play with for me. As for Stuart’s comment on it not spinning long, I think that may just be the Spec bearing being an issue. I’ve thrown better bearings in my CZM8 to try it out, and it sleeps plenty long enough for most combos. I figure you’d have to be on a semi-pro level to truly run out of time.
Overall, it’s plenty stable, has plenty long spin times with a better bearing, and performs very well. IMO it’s a great yoyo, it just lacks the character that comes out of some of my other throws, mostly because it’s stable and performs well without effort.
^ I think that sums up a lot of the sentiments in here. May I add that the blast on the one I posted in the photo is fantastic. It just feels amazing!
