I just got the code 2 in the mail. Overall it was awesome except for one thing. It was really noisy for some reason. Is it just the bearing breaking in, or is it something else?
It’s probably just the bearing making the noise… I personally would lube it, but somebody else who actually owns a Code 2 should know what’s best for this particular yoyo. I’d just hold out for their advice if I were you.

I have purchased One Drops with brand-new 10 balls that were extremely loud. Bearings that never broke in until cleaned and lubed. The one that came with my Code 2 was and has always played near silent. Either keep playing or clean/lube it. The choice is yours.
