Which is probably better for an FHZ?
I want to get it recessed, I’m just not too sure if I want a pad or silicone recess…
Silicone.
Will be deeper and sili will last longer then pads.

Completely agree.
Plus, it will make the yoyo behave unresponsive and in my opinion, a LOT better.
