I recently bought a FHZ because I have heard nothing but good things about the yoyo; especially when modded with silicone. I have not modded it yet, but installed some Chu Pads and used the lowest spacers that came with the yoyo.
So far, this is the yoyo that I am starting to use the most with 1a.
So my question is, is there a big difference with a FHZ with Chu Pads vs. FHZ with recessed silicone?
I have tried both, and they are pretty different.
Silicone gives tighter binds for me, but Chu Pads are great also.
If you like the Chu Pads, just stick with that.
