what is the luquid you use to clean a bearing. if there is more than 1 tell me the others

Back in the day I used Rubbing Alcohol, but for the last few years its been Mineral Spirits, a pin for removing shields, Compressed Air for drying, a chopstick for holding the bearing, and thin lube for afterward.
