I know how to clean a bearing, but clean you clean two at once in the same jar?
Seems as if that would be fine as long as the bearings don’t knock together to much.

its just fine. its the solvent doing the work and with the bearings still submerged in solvent, it wont change the effect as long as its a large enough jar
