Chat Room issue

Sometimes (especially lately) I have entered the chat room and not been able to type in anything.
Whenever this happens I have to resort to smileys. So sorry if that bugs anyone.
Any suggestions for how make it works?

What are you talking about? We could go on and on about pros and cons, the output would always be IRC > Dumb current Chat

Besides, doesn’t the current one cost money?
