So, I think, it could be a 3.
BUT, you said that, it was 54-55 in diameter, and Levs are all 53 in dia.
So Now, That boggles my mind.
But Either you got the measurement a little off, or it’s a lev 3.
(But Just my opinion)

Lev 1 has broad pad response
Lev 2 has slim pad
It’s hard to tell what it is but it is NOT a lev 2 that’s for sure
That ain’t a lev 3 look at the pics of the gap here on YYE
As far as I’m aware there are only bootleg leviathan 2’s as far as counterfeited turning point models. So you can be safe to say its legit.
