Can I add to my order before it's shipped?

First off sorry if this is in the wrong topic; I felt it was most fitting.

I placed an order some hours ago and now I want buy some extra string and maybe one more toy. I have a feeling this is something the staff may do as they have always been excellent for customer service. I’m curious if any of you guys have done this before.

Best bet would be to shoot them an email or give them a call soon to get in before they pack your order.

Update: I phoned in and it was no hassle to add to my order, all I need was my order number and said the items I wanted, then they issued me a bill on paypal and it was settled.
