Can Anodization be Removed?

It can, but it ‘shouldn’t’. YYF is probably more susceptible to this due to their extremely tight fit on bearing seats. A ‘perfect’ fit in my opinion is one that is firm but not so impossibly tight that the bearing damages the anodization layer when moving on/off of the post.

If the seat isn’t all that tight and it is wearing off, quit taking your bearing out so damn much

Question.

Is it possible to re-anodize a sandpaper stripped and polished yo-yo?

Because I do not want to do the chemical method.

Thanks for the help.

Yes it is, but I would not recommend trying it yourself. Easiest way to get a yoyo re-anodized is to contact SpottedBanana on that permanately closed store forum Yoyonation.

Watch the name dropping please.
Thanks

I was thinking of sending one to Chrosswhite.

He said he does anodizing.

Is All-Purpose Cleaner good for chemical stripping? or it can damages the yoyo?
