Are the hubs on the sides side effects and can the yo-yo work with other side effects.
They are not side effects, so they won’t work with any others. I believe they are an updated version of the Rally hub system.
Correct they are not Side Effects and do not work with Side Effects. They are exactly the same as Rally guts except for the shape but the function is the same. They are not meant to be removed.
