Is the Duncan butterfly a good yoyo for fixed axel play? Thanks all!
It’s good for just starting out and messing around.
butterfly is a really fun yo-yo for fixed axle play. it’s got a great gap for stalls and stop-and-go’s. it’s light, which means you won’t get the longest sleepers, but that actually helps you quite a bit with flip tricks and dumptrucks. watch any of drew tetz’s fixed friday stuff and you’ll see what it’s capable of. he’s not using it “ironically”.
One thing to note though… It can hurt on a stop-n-go. :’(
