When i do the brent stole, sometimes, it turns out to be a kind of reversed GT which i have to pop it out from the back. Why does this happen and how to avoid or utilise it?
Is it landing in a mount where if you cross your left hand (non-throw) to your right hand - it uncrosses into a triangle (and then pops off inwards?)
I assume that’s what is being talked about. It used to happen to me but as I got more consistent at it this quit happening. I never figured out what caused this. I assume hitting a wrong string.
Yep, that’s true bro :v Any advice?
Yeah - the ‘loop’ that is created needs to go ‘closer’ to your body. If you whip it too far ‘forwards’ it hits the wrong side of the yo-yo. (The loop needs to come around on the inside half of the yo-yo, etc). It might be hard to see it happen but you can kind of feel where the loop is going and closer inside is key.
This is actually the same trick as Brent Stole - but showing the loop movement, etc.
Let us know if you end up getting the hang of it!
