Yes.
And to put it in the simplest form I can… Do a hidemasa hook but only hit the string closest to you. As you “connect” with the string move your throw hand forward to “fold” the wrapping/whipping string over into the triangle.

One thing I discovered today was that if you put your throwhand pointer finger under the string like a side plastic whip and do it then it’s easier to land a brent stole.
