Black yoyos. Are they harder to use?

Let me clarify something… after re- reading the title of the thread; I’d like to say this.

To me, Black yoyos aren’t ‘harder to use’.

I just feel that lighter/brighter colors are easier to use.

To me, it is a simple matter of contrast. Most colors lighter/or/brighter than black are just easier to follow.

Think of it this way. If ice was ‘dark’, you can bet your favorite body parts that hockey pucks would not be black.

They would probably switch to: red, orange or neon yellow.

Brighter is better imo

Since you’re going Ti-Vayder, I would say don’t worry about it. The black is high-gloss and will reflect your ambient lighting wonderfully. You will be able to see it fine, and if for some reason the throw itself slips into invisibility, the reflections will always be there. I love my black Vayder and would not get rid of it without a struggle.

That being said, the grey Vayders are equally gorgeous, so you do you booboo.
