Beginner yoyo type?

So, I’ve been searching around the web for good cheap responsive yoyos however I couldn’t find any that could ship to Indonesia. But I have found a lot of magic yoyos that are cheap and really good, but they’re unresponsive. Are unresponsive yoyos at least good to learn tricks with, more importantly, are they good for beginners?

(p.s. the yoyo that I found was either the T5 Overlord and the N12 Shark Honor so they’re the 2 ones that I could find)

Some folks may suggest starting with responsive to get the basics down. While that would be helpful, you don’t necessarily have to. I played with a responsive for about a week before just going to unresponsive, and haven’t gone back.

Hot take: The more time you spend on responsive, the faster you progress in unresponsive later down the road.
