I just cleaned my bearing and added half a drop of lube. As always, it plays responsive and requires break in time. I threw for 30 minutes straight and it was still playing VERY responsive. (Slight tug and it comes right back). A friend told me to do 25 gyro flops. I did those and it seemed the same. And ideas to help break in this lube and get my Fools Gold Avalanche playing unresponsive again?
Clean it and don’t lube it. Otherwise just play it until it breaks in. Playing for 30 minutes is probably not enough.

Sounds like you put more lube in than you needed.
When we say a “drop”, what we mean is you basically just coat the end of a needle/pin then touch the balls in the bearing. A real drop from the bottle is way too much for most people in most cases.
Easy to add more, gotta re-clean to get it out.
