That is Palli, not Cameron. He’s been yoyoing for I think 5 years.
As for the follows, I’ve been trying to do them. REALLY hard. I’ve come across some cool variations just by trying it out though.
Can you give me any tips as to what to and not to do?

Palli’s are pretty much normal follows, then combined with 5A electric fan but using the slack, he also adds in some 1 hand inside outside follows as well.
Takes a lot of practice, but really cool looking when done.
