Im pretty sure that you get a seed to finals in your region if you finish 1st in a state contest that is in your region. Or at least thats what they did for MER

Lol I came from Maryland. Pretty awesome contest though. But the room was WAY too dark. I spent like half the contest ranting about that.

I was legitimately spazzing out. I have an issue with darkness I think. Every other combo I would yell something about the lights. When I went into a speed combo, all I could see was blurred hands. It was weird. So I yoyoed near the bathroom.
