The main question is what are O (organic) Shaped throws for? And while I’m at it what is the difference in usage for H and V Shapes?
Organic throws are more comfortable in your hand. H-shape vs V-shape is just weight distribution.

O shapes are the overlord.

V and H shapes are more for competition. They allow for a more stable and long spinning weight distribution. O shapes more comfortable and laid back. All can be as advanced or basics as you want them.
