54 would be better at Thumb grinds. Just look at the profile. CODE 1 would be better at finger grinds because it has more weight allowing for longer grinds.

Both have the same finish other than the Orange peel versions.

Thanks for the help, I kind of figured that the 54 was better at thumb grinds, but the CODE1 picture wasnt that good i couldent tell how good the lip on that one was.
