where do you get imperial and off string yoyos and counter weights

for counterweights go to accessories in the shop section
for off string yoyos just look around for yoyos like the offstring,aquarius,bigyo,etc
for looping also look for things like ,Loop 720,sunset trajectory,bumble bee,etc
